Katrina Wojcicki L.M.B.T
Born and raised in Fayetteville and  graduating from Massey Hill
Classical High School in 2003. She attended massage school at
Medical Arts Massage School in Raleigh graduating in October 2004.
She has been practicing since 2005. She specializes in deep tissue
and pain management.

Megan Hartley  L.M.B.T

Born and raised in Princeton, NC, Megan attended Princeton High
School and graduated in 2003. She later attended Johnston
Community College. She received her college diploma, state license,
and national license in 2006. She recently graduated (May, 2007) to
receive a 2 year Associate Degree of Applied Science in Therapeutic
Massage. She practiced at Cary Massage Therapy Center for 8
months, then moved to Fayetteville and began working for Health and
Harmony Wellness Center. She uses a variety of techniques in her
work: Swedish (general relaxation), deep tissue, trigger point therapy,
and Eastern modalities (that which focuses on the body's ability to
heal and care for itself).


Carmen Foster, L.E.

Born and raised in Alaska, Carmen moved to North Carolina in 1999
to be with her husband, who was stationed a Fort Bragg.  
A 2004 graduate of Esthetic Technologies at Central Carolina, she is
also certified in Organic Skin Care therapies, Japanese Facial
Massage, Therapeutic Oil Therapies, reflexology, and is a Level I & II
Reiki Practitioner.  Carmen has been with Health & Harmony since fall
of 2007.

Sandra Sierra, R.Y.T

Sandra has been an avid yoga practitioner for over 12 years. Founder
and former owner of Yoga Sensations, in Stamford, Connecticut, she
comes to Om with an open heart, a love of yoga, a fabulous sense of
humor, and a yearning to inspire her students to be guided from
within. Sandra has been registered with Yoga Alliance since 2002,
after completing her 200 hour certification. Sandra completed a 100
hour advanced training in 2007, and is pursuing her 500 hour RYT
through Nosara Yoga Institute in Costa Rica, which she hopes to
complete in February 2008. Sandra has studied with Don and Amba
Stapleton, Rodnee Yee, John Friend, Baron Baptiste, and holds a
special place in her heart for her Guru, Erich Schiffmann.
